Click & Collect is available across all Weir & Sons and McDowells stores and is offered free of charge, providing a convenient way to shop online and collect your order in-store at a time that suits you.

All orders are securely stored and can be collected during store opening hours.
Collection Timeframes
Please allow 1–4 working days for your order to be prepared for collection. In some instances, items may need to be transferred between locations and will undergo a full quality control check before being made available.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
How Click & Collect Works
Once your order has been placed, our team will prepare your item and ensure it meets our quality standards before notifying you that it is ready for collection. You can then visit your chosen store to collect your order at your convenience.
What You Need to Collect Your Order
To ensure a smooth collection, please bring the following with you:
- Your order confirmation email
- Valid photo identification (such as a passport or driving licence)
If you arrive without your confirmation email, we may not be able to release your order, particularly if the item is being transferred from another location.
Engraved Orders
Orders that include engraving require an additional 3–4 working days to allow for completion and thorough quality checks. This is in addition to the standard collection timeframe.
