Omega

“Like the last letter of the Greek alphabet, the ‘OMEGA’ name symbolised ultimate accomplishment.”

Omega is a brand that is synonymous with excellence an innovation, founded in 1848 in Switzerland, this brand is known for being the first watch brand worn on the moon. With a wide range of Collections that are highly coveted around the world, Omega is truly a brand that we admire. The brand is also the official timekeeper of the Olympic Games.

Omega has an expansive and well-loved range of collections but the one that currently has caught our eye is the Omega De Ville Trésor. This watch is available in both a ladies and a gents version and we love it. The blue version was chosen by Kaia Gerber when she became the brand ambassador and we can see why.

Gucci

Founded in 1921 in Florence by Guccio Gucci, this brand originally started specialising in leather with the majority of customers looking for saddle and riding accessories. Guccio had been enamoured with glamourous suitcases when he had previously worked in London at the Savoy Hotel, this inspired him to make lovely leather creations. Over the years this brand has grown to an iconic scale, and Guccio Gucci has had his initials immortalised in the designs of many of their products.

The Gucci Icon Stardust ring below has 55 diamonds set into its band with the iconic GG also adorning the ring. To us, we think that this ring would be a classic staple piece. It could be worn with anything to give that extra special touch to your outfit.

Fabergé

Fabergé is one of the most well known artistic jewellers in the world. Founded in 1842, it gained prominence when Peter Carl Fabergé became the official goldsmith to the Russian Imperial Court. Over the years his creations became a fascination that attracted attention worldwide with royalty, nobility and many more. The skill demonstrated with vibrant colour enamelling on the Fabergé eggs is something that today is still well-loved and appreciated around the world.

The below Fabergé egg features a golden pug within, the perfect gift to aspire to. In the same way a puppy isn't just for Christmas, neither is this intricate Fabergé locket. The 18k yellow gold puppy can be kept and admired for years to come housed in a treasured hand enamelled Fabergé egg case. The brand also offers other options of locket styles and can be ordered with bespoke customisations ( Please enquire for details on bespoke Fabergé pieces).

Montblanc

" Montblanc, synonymous with exquisite writing culture for the past 100 years, follows lasting values such as quality and traditional craftsmanship. Its uncompromising demands on shape, style, materials and workmanship are reflected in all its products."

Montblanc was founded in 1906, the company was cemented its success however in 1924 with the creation of the Meisterstuck. The Meisterstuck became the worlds most celebrated writing instrument, their fountain pens are also regarded as the ultimate writing symbols. Today the brand has expanded into watchmaking along with select leather goods. Having gone from strength to strength and imbuing a quality of excellence in all their products we believe this is a brand worth our aspirations.

If you are someone who takes pride in writing, this would be a piece that we would recommend as a self-gift. Having one pen which is of high quality is sometimes taken for granted. We believe that even though something as simple as a pen can be overlooked, this is a pen well worth the wait.

Breguet

Breguet was founded by 1775, during the reign of King Louis XVI, by Abraham-Louis Breguet had studied the fine art of horology for over ten years as an apprentice in Paris and Versailles. After the French Revolution, during which he returned to Switzerland to seek refuge, he returned to France to rebuild his business and establish a new clientele. Breguet is one of the world's oldest watchmaking houses and is admired around the world because of the dedication to horology demonstrated by its founder who invented the world's first self-winding watch, travel clock and wristwatch.

We have added Breguet as a watch brand to our aspirational list because of the quality and beauty of these watches. The time and dedication that has been spent on these watches make them some of the finest in the world.
