Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil are proud to introduce the Maestro Frank Sinatra Limited Edition timepiece, a design reinterpreted from the classic Maestro Collection. The special limited edition watch commemorates the 100 year anniversary of the birth of Frank Sinatra and is part of the centennial celebration.
The Maestro Frank Sinatra timepiece plays homage to the iconic artist and his persona. Elegant and precise with its own personality, the special edition maestro is reminiscent of the entertainer’s illustrious career. The design celebrates the 100 anniversary of the charismatic character. Frank Sinatra personified an era, a style and a tradition, and his talents left marks on the hearts of many generations. Sinatra understood the utmost importance of time, and employed ‘the heartbeat tempo’ when preparing music. He insisted that his timepiece would have the best mechanical integrity to guarantee years of accurate service. The Raymond Weil Frank Sinatra Limited Edition embodies that precision. Sinatra earned many accomplishments, not just as one of the greatest entertainers of all time but a renowned singer of his generation and a true icon of style.
The special edition timepiece features a precise mechanical movement with automatic winding housed in a 39.5mm stainless steel case with sapphire crystal. Inspired by ‘Ol’ Blue Eyes’ himself, the hour markers, three hand movement and the contour of the date window are a bold blue hue, against the silver dial. The twelfth hour marker is singularly highlighted as the only Roman numeral as it defines Frank Sinatra’s December 12th birthday. The timepiece has hours, minutes and seconds function as well as a 38 hour power reserve. The timepiece is finished on a brown leather strap. A transparent skeleton caseback displays a unique Sinatra Centennial insignia.
In line with Sinatra’s December 12th birthday, only 1,212 timepieces of the Frank Sinatra Limited Edition timepiece will be released.
